Solidly built cookware is a heavy load to be moving about in a kitchen. More often than not, the chef is grasping something (a spoon) or someone (a crying child) in one hand while struggling to pour out the pan’s contents with the other hand.

Inspired by tea kettle designs and tested by one-handed cooks, the Shiva Chef pan can be easily moved around and tilted with only one hand.
